RETURN & EXCHANGES:

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase date on full-priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise if it is returned in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact. 

 

Please print off, fill out and include the Merchandise Return Form with your return. Also include the original receipt with your shipment. If you do not specify how you would like your return/exchange handled on the Merchandise Return Form, refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. ITEM DEFECTS & ERRORS:

We strive to give you the highest level of product quality and shipment accuracy. If there’s an error on our end, we will make it right! If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at heyelli@shopelli.com and we will provide you with a paid shipping label to return the item. Upon receipt, we will promptly send you a replacement item.

 

NOTE: Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for an item in the same style, color, and size as the defective item or you can choose to receive a refund.
